Coming from the same vineyard as our previous Sauvignon Blanc, a kinder growing season has allowed for more balanced ripeness and body to be showcased in this stainless steel fermented wine. Deep straw with a hint of green in hue, honeydew melon, gooseberry, and kiwi aromas strike a balance between tropical and more traditional notes. Sur-lie aging and a dash of Viognier have married to create a crisp and inviting mouthfeel with a nice weight to the mid-palate that reveals green apple and pineapple notes with a subtle minerality. Clean and dry on the finish, it would make a perfect pairing with shellfish based dishes or on its own as a sipper.

Taking a departure from Viognier styles of previous vintages, our Viognier was fermented with 20% neutral oak to accentuate the natural fuller body and oiliness this wine exhibits. Pale yellow in color with aromas of white peach and lime zest bring a freshness to this wine more commonly seen in vineyards in cooler climates. On the palate, the rich, almost creamy mouthfeel with citrus, mango and floral notes, would satisfy the most ardent of chardonnay lovers while not being oaky or buttery. Our Nebbiolo rosé, made from mostly saignée methods and a cool fermentation shines with aromas of red apple, savory spice, and dried orange peel. The wetter than normal harvest yielded more spice driven and mellow fruit aromas. It is light-bodied with refreshing acidity and notes of candied citrus drop on the finish. This rosé is perfect for solo sipping or pairing up with Spanish and Italian based fare.This wine was minimally processed, so occasional wine diamonds may be present. 75% Nebbiolo, 12% Montepulciano, 10% Tempranillo, 3% Mourvedre.
