2019 Chenin Blanc

Light in body and full of palate-cleansing acidity, our Texas Chenin Blanc is the ideal aperitif wine. A long, cool fermentation in stainless steel and neutral oak captured the freshness of ruby red grapefruit and wet stone aromas on the nose. On the palate, honeydew melon and candied lemon peel are revealed, making this wine a natural accompaniment to mild cheeses or gazpachos.
