2021 Nebbiolo Rosé

Our Nebbiolo rosé, made from mostly saignée methods and a cool fermentation shines with aromas of red apple, savory spice, and dried orange peel. The wetter than normal harvest yielded more spice driven and mellow fruit aromas. It is light-bodied with refreshing acidity and notes of candied citrus drop on the finish. This rosé is perfect for solo sipping or pairing up with Spanish and Italian based fare.This wine was minimally processed, so occasional wine diamonds may be present. 75% Nebbiolo, 12% Montepulciano, 10% Tempranillo, 3% Mourvedre.
